Some of our Projects over the years have included:

 

  • Royal Melbourne Subdivision, a 127 lot premier golf course community in Long Grove, Illinois. The golf course is a Gregg Norman signature course.

  • Oakridge Subdivision, a planned unit development of single family and townhome residences in Elgin, Illinois.
  • Valley Lo Condominiums in Glenview, originally designed by Paul while at Ciorba, Spies, & Gustafson in the early 1970s.  In the early 1980s and again in the 1990s, Valley Lo underwent pavement rehabilitation projects monitored by Spies & Associates, Inc.
  • The Japanese Culture Center in Palatine, IL was developed by Fumio Toyoda Shihan in 1998 for the home of the Aikido Association International.  In 2007 the site was redeveloped into a car dealership.  Spies & Associates was responsible for the design and stakeout of the original development and the subsequent redevelopment.
